Q: I paid an APC but haven’t received a receipt — who do I contact?
A: Send payment details and invoice number (if any) to editorial@neewaj.com or contact@neewaj.com with subject “APC payment query”.
Q: How long will it take to get a reply?
A: We aim to acknowledge form submissions immediately and to reply to enquiries within 5 business days. If your matter is urgent, please mark the subject line as “Urgent”.
Q: Where can I send a complaint about editorial conduct?
